MIchael mentioned his anticipation for Movable Type Pro, w hich I have not checked on in a while. It was originally slated for a suimmer release, but it could be that the rollout of Type Pad delayed that original plan. I , like Michael, am anxious to see the release and see what I can fashion from it.

OK, I see the ping being sent to theoblogical.org/dt/blog/services/trackback.aspx?postid=165 on my previous post. Is this handled at all by dotText? Doesn’t seem likely, since I don’t see a trackback.aspx file

I guess edits don’t get “re-pinged” to the link address

Looks like the URL thatMT sends out to ping is set to ping a particular address……I need to see what that is. Cananybody tell me if MT pings will work for dottext blogs? It HAS to in order for Trackback to be really useful (like usable for cross-blog conversations) anyway, here’s another dotText blog of mine

I finally got my dotText configured at my ISP (webhost4life). Dumb mistake on my part kept it from working (my web.config file inthe admin directory somehow got copied over with my root version of web.config.
