THis past week,  my IE8 started having browsing problems.  FF and Chrome had no problems,  but IE would not go anywhere.  I went out and ran Windows update,  which ran a Vista update,  and now things seem to be OK.  I had read somewhere a few hours ago that people were experienced incomplete Windows updates.  I checked IE on my Continue Reading
