A New Stack

This should keep me occupied until 2006 (considering I also have the Bonhoeffer Bio ….only p. 322 of 941 pages of bio, and 1048 pages including notes and index, and the two Hauerwas books I got two weeks ago). I feel like I’ve gone back to Seminary.

Nice! Ya know, I still haven’t read any of my own pastor’s Conflicting Allegiances yet. I’ll get to it soon, though.

By the way, I’m pretty sure that edition of City of God is abridged, in case you wanted the whole thing. The full document is like 900+ pages.

I’m making an order right now of Augustine’s:

    Confessions
The City of God (unabridged, ridiculously long)
    On Christian Doctrine

So, these will go in my current reading order after:

Next: 1. Genealogy of Nihilism (Radical Orthodoxy Series)
    2. The Beauty of the Infinite
    3. Conflicting Allegiances
    4. The Augustine listed above
    5. Who knows!
