Obama Presses Chinese on Global Warming

Holy cow,  what he did was basically say “Follow our lead”.  O M G.   If he thinks this is all we need to change direction,  he is sadly mistaken.

Yeah,  “as the two largest economies and emitters of the world , we have a special responsibility to lead.  That’s what big nations do”.  But what he outlined was the piecemeal , take it easy approach that has been getting tried for 30 years.  During that time our emissions have continued to rise at record pace.  That China has now imported that part of “our way of life” has only added to the problem.  We got here quicker precisely becuase China DID “follow our lead”
