A very unsatisfied WHFL customer

Web Host 4 life is a once-great webhosting company,  who was bought out by someone who apparently wants to “get by” as cheaply and ineptly as possible.  I am inthe process of moving my files to a new host,  where this blog now resides (and has been twice as fast a WordPress host).  Below is a couple of “help desk” tickets I just sent after my “FTP” account has stalled and disconnected while downloading my web files from my account.  I had to log off and close Dreamweaver ad re-launch and reconnect again to continue.

Ticket 1: FTP is still going down on a regular basis,  and is DREADFULLY slow.   It just went down on me in the middle of a download…so it is NOT my account login.

It does this constantly,  and EVERY TIME I try to download more than ,  say,  a megabyte.   PLEASE FIX THIS.  I am tired of submitting tiocket after ticket on this SAME issue and the problem has NEVER been fixed.  (The problem is speed and dependability.  At a rate of nearly 100% on any downloads of any significant size,  it FAILS. 

And I am NOT going to purchase any "Premium Support".  I haved been a WHFL customer for 8 years,  and always ,  until the past 6months,  received stellar service.  This has basically stopped since then.  This is NOT "Normal" priority.  This is a "sick to death of it" ticket.  FIX THE DAMN THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ticket 2:  The ftp came back up.  I will now try to proceed with my download (backup)  of my account’s web files…which was interrupted about 20 minutes ago.  But do not log into my account and say "Hey, it’s back up.  Let us know when we can help you again".  It’s not and has NEVER been fixed.   FIX IT so I don’t keep having this problem,  or I will be FTPing my files to another host in the very near future.
