My last few tweets have been in reaction to watching the interview of Jesse by the Ooze’s Spencer Burke.  Click the link below and watch it.  It is excellent.

Here is what I love about Jesse’s book.  In a way that seems very accessible to the untrained-in-psychology layperson,  he has brought us some questions about the differences in relationships that have been brought to the fore by this explosion in “always-on”, “hyperconnectivity”. 

The book is not about the tools, but about the effects of having such a set of tools,  and the certainty of even more coming.  And it gets right at the heart of what I consider to be important questions that the church needs to be keeping out in front of us as we seek to discern the proper adaptation to the online world.
