retweets (aka RT@someone )are a good source of finding new people to follow who will enhance your Twitter Friends listings,  or provide you with a Twitter Group (I use TweetDeck right now to organize my twitter streams into subject groups 

I REALLY want to find a WordPress plugin that will create a hashtag for any blog post tag I use,  so I don;t have to do one for each  (like this #twitter,#retweet, #tweetdeck, #twitter stream)

I was prompted to post on this subject of retweets becuase I found the video in my retweet.  I found in a twitter search of “Here Comes Everybody”  a book by Clay Shirky,  someone who mentioned it in a tweet,  and included a YouTube video of the author:
