When on the phone to a friend in St. Louis,  he told me he had just heard about the portion of I-35 at Minneapolis that collapsed into the water.  I’m looking at CNN and MSNBC right now.  The first person that came to mind was Tim Bednar,  who I believe lives in Minneapolis.  It is good to know that only 1 lane in each direction of the 4 going in each direction were open at 6pm Minnesota time (CDT).
