Ok,  I am sufficiently confused and ticked at Cingular/AT&T for their dragging behind the competition (Verizon, Sprint)  in offerings for using a potential new Cingular phone with Windows Mobile for Web browsing and Email.  Sprint and Verizon have “non-tethering” plans for unlimited usage at 15 a month.  From what I can tell,  Cingular doesn’t allow “PDA” unlimited unless you pay 39.95 a month.  They offer a “SmartPhone Connect” for 14.95 ,  but it’s not unlimited if I understand correctly.  Their website says the plan for the phone I have my eye on is 39.95 for unlimited internet.  Arghhhhh!
