Very much a COS dogma; The Journey Inward and Journey Outward, and NEITHER can assume any independence from the other. In ANY way shape or form. There MUST be the identitiy of a called people; and a people so formed that gifts are discovered and evoked; and mission emerges from the call that emerges from an offering up of gifts and discernment of vision.
