We Need To Invest in Online Stories

I was just writing some stuff as I blogged some private blogs,  and some of it seemed appropriate to put out in public,  as in some more rants about the Church and its “catching up” it needs to do with the rest of the comunicating world.

“Capturing and Encoraging Online Stories” is another installment in the series of rants I have written about how the art of storytelling needs to be given birth in the online prescence of Churches and theological groups.  If this is not done,  then all we are looking at when we see the websites of these Churches will be the religious equivalent of “marketing hype”.  You know the type. Theological and popular expressions,  welcome to all,  we’re one big happy family,  here’s our pastor(s) and here’s our building and here’s how you get there.  Something about our Websites need to communicate the theological equivalent of “voice”.
