Insert Content from Amazon Tool

Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 : Training from the SourceI just started using this WordPress Plugin that is a great tool …..the concept is the greatest thing….the bugs need a little massaging , however (there are a few glitches, like it failing to post the generated code back into the actual WP post…I have to cut and paste. That’s still an advantage over doing all this outside of WordPress…..the hook into the Amazon Web services (other book publishers/bookstores could stand to take advantage of bloggers posting about books they’re reading…..like denominational sites that want to send business to the denominational publisher distribution stores (like Cokesbury, Lifeway, Fortress —are there any of these left?—-, and so on) These book sellers could make Web services available. Right now, Amazon is the only one I know of—-or the only one getting the word out. But this tool for WordPress is a great add-on for people who like to blog on books, or generate quick and easy code blocks for insertion into the web on any web page, with selections on which size image they are wishing to use. I want to find out how I can tweak a bit on the code to add a few parts to the img tag (like align=left (or right) and a bit of spacing with hspace and vspace).

This book is one I picked up recently,  to get a good intro (hopefully) to some of the usage and access of CSS from within the  DW interface.  I also hope to find a good set of articles elsewhere on using ASP.Net with DW…but it seems the codebehind is not something that has been added on to the DW interface,  or whether it ever will.  Dreamweaver had such a good interface for learning ASP classic.  I did a bunch of Dreamweaver ASP object drag and drop, a nd went in and tweaked the code further with if thens , etc. The way to learning ASP.Net does not seem to fit so welll within Dreamweaver.  I keep hoping it will eventually happen because I like the interface for Dreamweaver,  and most of all,  have gotten familiar with it.  All the Behavior stuff,  and the ASP functions that were built in (such as Repeater Regions,  etc.)  were good at teaching me ASP.  They have some .Net style objects with dialogs,  but I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it, and it doesn’t use the code-behind.
