I’m surprised I can blog at this point….I don’t think it’s hit me. ABC and CBS have yet to cede Ohio to Bush. I am sitting here wondering how it can be “called”, with the number of provisional ballots involved, as well as the large number of votes yet to be counted in the heavily Democratic Cleveland area. But my God, the youth let us down, it seems. All those new registrations. I guess I ought to go to bed.

I don’t know how long it will be before I will be able to blog. Maybe tomorrow, but that will be the dreaded “morning after” (unless I am awakened to the sort of news I had on the morning after in 2000). I’m kind of numb, and still part of me holds out hope, but I am beginning to prepare myself that this country has simply not payed enough attention to the VERY CLEAR indications that this still incumbent administration is deceptive, inept, and extremely dangerous to the health of this country and the world in SO many ways.
