My previous post mentioned this case, which threw me into one of these sickened inner rages against the Facist Operations of this Criminal Regime the Bush administration has turned out to be. The Supreme Court is an arm of this regime, which is backing the “all of a sudden” interest in “protecting against voter fraud”, while they don’t seem to care much about Republican workers destroying several hundred (or maybe it was thousands?) of Democratic registrations in Nevada. The unprecedented voter registration drive, which Republicans must know favors Kerry, has prompted measures by the facists to suppress this vote. The Supreme Court is a JOKE (but it’s not at all a funny joke).

This has cadt a pall over the whole day for me. I’m still hopeful, but this strikes fear into my heart.

The dissent by Judge R. Guy Cole said the Ohioans have the right to vote without the “threat of suppression, intimidation or chaos sown by partisan political operatives,” and if voting rights are pitted against the possibility of fraud, the court must err on the side of voters.
