I find it really disturbing when people use nationalistic symbols (such as U.S. flags, etc.) in conjunction with Christian faith identity.
When I hear “neoliberalism”, I think “have their cake & eat it too” way of staking out a place identied as “the middle”; whatever “works”
When it comes down to it, what “is” represents “reality”,rooted in the deep seated preference to seek ways to continue on in the same vein
Especially active is the inaction narrative that proclaims “fossil fuels” to be “the basis of a strong economy”, or “status quo” is “it”
Inaction narratives often cloak themselves in claims such as: “I believe the science, therefore I am not a denier”..but resist needed change
