Those of us who care about unprovoked wars owe the patriot who gave this latest British government document to the Sunday Times a debt of gratitude. Unauthorized disclosures are gathering steam. They need to increase quickly on this side of the Atlantic as well – the more so, inasmuch as Congress – controlled by the president’s party – cannot be counted on to discharge its constitutional prerogative for oversight.

My hope and prayer also, Ray. This is the stuff of nightmares, and almost like INvasion of the Body Snatchers, as minds and hearts are won over to mass deception. This happens to GOOD people. Make no mistake. The DESIRE to see some trace of a hint of a “popular leader” who will forward the cause will enable knee-jerk defensive, at-all-costs justification and rationalization, and all of that wrapped up in denial of what clearly speaks from the rapidly revealed insiders who just seem to keep coming. That’s because people who have seen this from the inside, and FROM their side ideologically, have seen the deception, and often, see it as a betrayal of conservative values. I believe that there are good, well-intentioned conservative values. This administration is neither good, well-intentioned, or Conservative. They are neocon of the apocalyptic sort, deceptive on a mass scale, and charlatans giving lipservice to democracy.
