It seems like Howard Dean has been listening to Jim Wallis. Sojourners had an issue a while back about Pro-Life Issues, and he wrote in God’s Politics about how Democrats need to be as accepting of opponents of abortion as Republicans are of “pro-Choice”. This gives an option for people who are “Pro-Life Fabric” people (meaning a broad range of Pro-Life Issues, which many of the Right’s “Pro-Lifers” are not).

I heard a piece on NPR just yesterday about Dean’s speaking about this issue.
