Now there’s more than just a few scattered “rumors”, but I am not at the point of believing something will happen with any of these (even if they ARE true, or COULD be true…..which would confirm some of my worst night mares about this election coming in, but had managed to let my optimism overshadow it, which is, that if this is close, it will somehow wind up in Bush’s favor , ala Florida 2000.

The truth is, that at this point we don’t know if machine fraud threw the election to Bush. We do know that voter suppression, a different thing, made a big difference. But when it comes to voter fraud it’s worth thinking about how to think about the question, what questions to ask – and how we might be able to do the work to have them answered.
