This is only true when one uses the case of Geroge W. Bush as a litmus test (and , to be fair, also applies to a widesread tendency in the Religous Right to give up autonomy for authority— thus the Bush-dogma that “you’re with us or against us”, which is applicable to the fundamentalist Biblical interpretation (“you either believe it— as in , agree with our interpretation—- or you’re against it”.
