When you have powerful interests fighting over the energy bill and fighting over the healthcare bill and fighting over the Medicare bill and you have the pharmaceutical companies writing the Medicare bill and the energy companies and oil companies writing energy legislation, and Haliburton getting no-bid contracts, there’s a reason behind all that. And there’s a reason when you are locked into that system that nothing is going to change very much.
