Merging the two “non-overlapping CableCo markets” DOES make them THE monopoly and THE game in town. So their argument is deceptive.

The CableCo “our markets don’t overlap”= lame argument to defend oneself vs Monopoly charge. They prev agreed not to compete w/ EACH OTHER.
