@ComcastCares I’m done w/ phone “support”. After over an hour last night to fix billing problem, I find that it resulted in removing of HBO
@Comcast wants me to “call” (& be on phone for another hour) to correct problem that originated from my being on phone w/ them an hour.
Another hour with @Comcast chat support concludes they have no authorization to send correct HBO code for my box. Says I have to call sales.
after calling @Comcast last pm re: another billing screw up on my package & over an hour straightening it out, my HBO suddenly went AWOL
@ComcastCares Somehow someone took off the HBO authorization on my cable box (can still watch HBO on the xfinity website). Please fix
