Here's another of those posts whose content I can full agree and feel strongly about. But what it is missing is the deception of our time that threatens to pull the rug out from under all our political, economic, social lives, as well as our very lives and that of most all surrounding life: the deception that we can ignore the impacts of our way of life, and that we have plenty of time to correct anything that might come along as consequence. Well, no, we don’t have “plenty of time”. We may well have twiddled away nearly all of it, and can only hope to save something and someone and some version of a livable civilization.
